Measures for handling biodegradable test report:
1 method a: fungus test
The sample is cultured in a non total nutrient medium (no carbon source) containing a mixture of fungal spores. The fungus can only grow and reproduce by consuming the carbon source in the sample. If the fungus cannot grow and reproduce, it indicates that the sample is not easy to be decomposed by the fungus.
2 method B: bacterial test
The sample is cultured in a non total nutrient medium containing bacteria (no carbon source). The bacteria can only grow and reproduce by consuming the carbon source in the sample. If the bacteria cannot grow and reproduce, it indicates that the sample is not easy to be disintegrated by fungi.
3. Method C: soil burial method
The sample is completely buried in the natural soil and has a certain water retention capacity and humidity to simulate the state when the material is always in contact with the high humidity soil under natural conditions, such as the state at the bottom of the landfill.
