Certification service refers to the certification of services. The so-called certification refers to the conformity assessment activities in which the certification body certifies that the products, services and management systems comply with the relevant technical specifications, the mandatory requirements or standards of the relevant technical specifications.
The "Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Certification and Accreditation" stipulates that my country's certification is divided into one of three types of certification: "management system, service, and product". At present, the service certifications approved by CNCA include: product after-sales service evaluation system certification, sports venue service certification, automotive glass zero-part installation service certification, and environmental service certification.
Commodity after-sales service evaluation system certification is the most extensive service certification currently involved in service certification. All production, trade and service enterprises registered in the People's Republic of China can apply for certification.
