BSMI Certification

BSMI is the abbreviation for the Bureau of Standards, Metrology and Inspection under the Ministry of Economic Affairs. Pursuant to the Ministry of Economic Affairs' announcement, from 1 July 2005, products entering the Taiwan region are subject to regulatory oversight in two areas: electromagnetic compatibility and safety standards.
