Identification and approval number. OFCA, whose full name is OfficeoftheCommunicationsAuthority, was established on April 1, 2012.
Its predecessor was OfficeoftheTelecommunicationsAuthority (Telecommunication Bureau).
Under the Mandatory Verification Scheme, applying for verification of telecommunications equipment is a compulsory measure. Before using or selling telecommunications equipment in Hong Kong, you must first confirm compliance with the following requirements.
